How do I activate my Smoky Mountains Pass?
Once you visit your first attraction in the Smoky Mountains and use your pass for admission, your Sightseeing Pass instantly becomes activated.
Does every attraction require reservations?
Many, but not all, attractions in the Smoky Mountains require reservations. Upon arrival at the attraction, you’ll be given the next available entry time. Some tours require a reservation due to limited capacities. Making a reservation will not activate your pass.
How long is the Flex Pass valid for?
The Flex Pass will be valid for 60 consecutive days from the time it is activated. You have 12 months starting from the date of purchase to activate your pass.
How do I use my pass at each attraction?
Present your printed or digital pass on your mobile phone at the admission desk at each attraction to be scanned for admission. Please note that redemption varies for each attraction; some attractions have multiple entry points.
Can I use my confirmation email to enter attractions?
Unfortunately, no. You will need to present either a digital or print-out copy of your Sightseeing Pass to gain entry to attractions and join a tour.
How many attractions can I visit?
You may visit the number of attractions you selected when you purchased your Flex Pass.
Can I visit the same attraction in the Smoky Mountains more than once?
No, sorry. Passes are only valid once at each attraction and tour.
Does the pass include special offers?
Yes, your pass includes a list of special offers for restaurants, wineries and shops in the Smoky Mountains region. Special offers are not counted as one of the attractions in your pass, so you can take advantage of as many as you like.
